Captain - Daryn Dalton

With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, Captain Daryn Dalton has proven to be a confident, organized and courteous leader. Born and raised in the coastal town of Knysna, South Africa and started his Captain career skippering Catamaran charters through the treacherous Knysna Heads. He strives to provide owners and guests with the finest experience, through a multi-faceted approach, which not only includes face-to-face guest processes but also behind-the-scenes organization, scheduling, crew and safety training. He is a keen diver and enjoys running when shore side. Daryn’s most rewarding parts of being a Captain are when everything comes together to make an unforgettable experience.

Chief Officer - Alexei Gayduk "Alex"

With over 14 years in the maritime industry, Alex was born in Ukraine and raised in the coastal city Mar del Plata, Argentina. Coming from a family of seafarers he started his career as a deckhand and later joining the Maritime Academy, to achieve the Officer of watch (OOW) and Maritime transportation degree. After Alexei graduated, he worked his way from Deck Cadet to First Officer. Alex's commercial background combined with his yachting experience brings a unique combination of safety and detail. His main objective onboard is to achieve a strong link in between the departments and team, thus creating safe, professional and fun operation.

Engineer - Ramazan Sarihan "Cash"

Ramazan was born and raised on the Bosporus in Istanbul, Turkey. With 13 years in the maritime industry, he started as a Machine Cadet and completed his internship in commercial shipping where he went on to serve as an Engineer for 8 years . He has spent the last 6 years in the yachting industry armed with a hands on approach, rigorous maintenance schedule and wealth of knowledge. Ramazan keeps a positive attitude, immaculate Engine Room and is a true problem solver.

Chef - John-Mark Bland "Markie"

JM has 14 seasons in the yachting industry. He was born in Pretoria South Africa . He spent most of his young life around his Grandmother who was a catering manager at Irene Country Club where he was always in the kitchen. After his two years in the South African Army as a Corporal he then went on to do his cheffing qualifications through the Sandton Catering and Hotel School for 5 years. He ran his own private Chef business in Cape Town before immigrating to the Uk in 2006. While working as a private Chef he was introduced into yachting and hasn’t looked back since. JM brings his passion, experience and personal touch
together to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Chief Stew - Tarryn Hendricks "T"

Thas 7years of experience in the hospitalityindustry, with a Business Management degree specializing in International Hospitality Management.
Afteruniversity,sheproceededtoworkatvarioushigh-endhotelsand lodges where she soon transferred her skillsets over into yachting. Tw a s born and raised in East London, South Africa. She is a friendly and kind
hearted individual who excels in providing guests with a n unforgettable experience and surpassing their expectations.

Engineer - Halil Evkuran "Batman"

Halil, born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, has over 18 years of experienceinthemaritimeindustry,workingasanengineeron merchant marine ships a n d sailing worldwide. With his extensive expertise, he now serves the yachting industry, ensuring impeccable maintenanceoftheEngineRoommachineryandotherareasaboard S7 to create unforgettable experiences forguests. Aside from his engineering skills, Halil is also a talented draftsman and painter,
pursuing oil painting a s a hobby.

Deckhand - William Hare "Willy"

William, hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, developed a strong affinity for the ocean. After living in New Zealand, he returned to pursue a nautical
career and joined the yachting industry in 2023. Coming from a seafaring family, He excels in water-sports activities, keeping our younger guests active and creating memorable moments. Willy is a true all rounder and fills in all the gaps as we take care of our guests.

Stewardess - Winene Kruger

Winene Kruger hails from the vibrant city of Pretoria, South Africa, where
she was born and raised. She has 3 years of working experience in the
Wellness Industry with a BsC Consumer Sciences degree specializing in
Business Management . Winene embodies a passion for both personal care
and professional excellence. Her love for the sea extends beyond mere
recreation. Winene’s dedication to providing excellent service ensures that
every guest experience is memorable and delightful.
